Me and Chad started a call so we could both work on the editing process. First, we would have liked to search out a editing software that was perfect for this video. We both decided to use the editing software called CapCut, because we were the foremost acquainted with it. So we got working with the project by getting all the clips we recorded. Ethan sent them over to me and he added the clips within the project. Since me and Chad weren't together in person, he told me whatever changes he'd like to be added to our opening over call. I asked Chad to call me because I was slightly confused on what changes he requested to be made. Thankfully he was able to assist me and somewhat guide me on every step. Once I put the clips together, I had to trim them to form them shorter. I did this because the video was long than 2 minutes which was the desired amount. Another reason for trimming the clips was because they contained content that wasn't for the video. This included unnecessar

To me, being the editor of this group is a fun task however I have faced many problems. It has proved to be a difficult task to gather the scenes in the right order, as well as to add the effects. I found effective and efficient ways to edit videos. Without wasting time, the software used proved to be a fast and simple resource that we could use at hand. We made full use of this user-friendly software and were able to make a quality video. The mobile editor made the editing on site much more reliable and easier for our group. The ability to re-write everything we thought was wrong and to edit them quickly has made this task much easier. Although the editing process took some time, we were able to make significant progress. It took creativity to study the new software. Some functions were easier than others however it was not difficult, but complex. Throughout the session, I studied the basics and bases to maximize the video. This program has allowed me to edit both our perspective and

On another Saturday morning we return to Holiday park. Though it was slightly more crowded we managed to find a perfect spot to pick up our film again. Following the storyboard we managed to make tons of progress on our film. We ran into a little altercation regarding the swords however, luckily for us it did not prevent us from continuing our film session. Trees and grass were best suited for the environment we were planning for the initial stage. Ethan was a director and cameraman, and then he recorded several scenes that were in our sketch while Chad rehearsed them. Although it took a few attempts to do the right thing, we finally made it. Remembering our script proved to be a challenge, but we did it for just a couple of takes. By making some breaks from time to time, we could also make some minor adjustments to the script so we could feel the tension better. After a few takes, we were better able to play the role of our characters. Chad, as a hero of the situation, had to use a mo

As the editor of this group I was challenged many ways. Gathering the scenes into the correct order while also adding effects proved to be somewhat a difficult task. Capcut was an effective and efficient way of being able to edit the clips. Without wasting any time Capcut proved to be a quick and easy resource we could use at hand. We took full advantage of such a convenient software and were able to produce a video of quality. A mobile editor made editing on the spot much more reliable and easier for our group. Being able to retake any we thought were off and edit them quickly made this overall a much easier task. Although the editing process took a while we were able to progress a lot. It took creativity to explore a new software. Editing through Capcut was not a hard experience however a challenging one. I learned throughout the session the basics and fundamentals in order to enhance the video as much as possible. This program allowed me to make good edits to both the angles or our

It was on a Saturday afternoon around 1pm. Chad and Ethan picked me up and we drove over to our destination, Holiday Park to film. The overall atmosphere on this Saturday was perfect for recording. No rain and the area was not crowded with many people. We were able to begin filming smoothly. Although Sebastian hadn't shown up due to his sickness we were able to complete a good portion of our opening in only our first day recording. We found a vacant area near the soccer field and decided to record in this area. We needed a suitable place that best fit the images from our storyboard. After strolling around for a minute we then found the perfect place. Trees and grass best suited the environment we had in mind for our opening scene. Ethan being the director and cameraman then recording some scenes that took places in our storyboard while having Chad rehearse them. Although it took a few tries to get everything right we got it eventually. Memorizing our script proved to be a challengi
