The images bring a feeling of excitement and thrill. Each scene had a cool visual effect.

3. How is genre reinforced through symbolic and technical codes from the outset? (Can you tell what genre the film is) 

The silhouettes show a character the audience are familiar of. The genre this film is from is thriller.

4. What conventions are used to ensure the film appeals to its target audience? 

The convention deals with Symbolism. Captain America has to protect as his name suggests.

Based on the research we did for the blogs, we feel as though mystery will fit best for our movie. This genre really would climb as the film goes on. By the end of the film is where we find our solution or our ending. This inspired us as a whole as we are trying to create a film that has to do with suspicion. It would really draw the audience attention. I feel like our pitch really fits in with this genre. If in the future we would have to tweak it, it wouldn't be a problem. We weren't thinking to add dialogue at first as our idea, but it might be the thing that we need to add. As stated previously, the mystery genre has a decent popularity in films nowadays.
